About Katarina Hollertz

Background
I have a PhD in social work from Lund University. My main research interests are in the areas of social policy and case worker, activation policies and international social work.

Current Research Project
2015-2018: Audit Culture and the Case Worker: A Study of the Public Employment Service and the Social Insurance Agency. This project aims to study and compare audit culture and its implications for caseworkers in the Swedish Public Employment Service (PES) and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (SSIA). Completed Research Project
2012-2015: LOCALISE (Local worlds of social cohesion), a EU funded research project. In LOCALISE local variations in policy implementation were studied. Questions in relation to local actors and integration of different policy fields, such as social policy, labour market policy and family policy were raised. http://www.localise-research.eu/

2004-2010: Local intervention programs for young unemployed in Sweden, 1993-2005 (PhD project).
